Return Policy
We encourage all customers to carefully inspect their items upon delivery to ensure everything matches your order and arrives in good condition.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at info@sleepstyle.com.au as soon as possible. We’ll assess the issue and, if approved, organise free pickup from your location.
We follow the Australian Consumer Law, which means:
- You’re entitled to a refund or replacement for a major fault or failure.
- If the issue is not major, we’ll arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.
- If a repair or replacement isn’t possible, a full refund may be offered.
We do not offer returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sleepstyle.com.au.
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
For approved cancellations, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover order processing and warehouse handling.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If it has been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@sleepstyle.com.au.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if:
- The product is damaged or faulty upon arrival
- You received the wrong item or parts are missing
To request an exchange, please contact us promptly after receiving your delivery. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange if eligible.
We do not offer exchanges based on preferences such as colour, size, or style once delivery has been completed. Please ensure you choose carefully when placing your order.
