Welcome to www.sleepstyle.com.au (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Sleep Style’s website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our website.

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the modified terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colour, finish, and dimensions may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturer variations.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Promotions and discounts may change or end without notice. Each promotion is subject to its own terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to discontinue or revise products at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders must be placed online through our website.
Full payment is required at the time of order via secure payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, or Shop Pay).
All prices are final at checkout unless changed due to system error or stock issue. You will be notified if any issues arise with your order.
An order confirmation will be sent to your email upon successful payment.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock errors, pricing mistakes, delivery location, or suspected fraud).

4. Delivery & Installation

4.1 Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within eligible areas in the Sydney metropolitan region.
All orders are serviced with a Flat-rate delivery fee of $129, which covers careful handling and safe transport of your furniture to your home
We reserve the right to adjust this fee based on market conditions or operational costs. You will be informed of the cost before confirming your order.

4.2 Delivery Details

You will be contacted after purchase to arrange a delivery date and time window.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is present to accept delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply if no one is available at the scheduled time.
Customers must ensure that access is sufficient for delivery (e.g., through hallways, stairs, or elevators). If our team cannot deliver due to restricted access, return fees (including a 20% restocking fee and transport costs) may apply.

4.3 Installation Service

Professional assembly is available as an optional add-on. Installation charges are shown at checkout.
If selected, our team will deliver and install the item at your property. Assembly services are non-refundable once performed.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

5.1 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at info@sleepstyle.com.au or 0452 203 157.
If your order has already been dispatched or is in transit, cancellation will incur return delivery costs and a 20% restocking fee.

5.2 Change-of-Mind Policy

We do not accept change of mind returns. Please choose your items carefully, and contact us prior to purchase if you are unsure about product details or suitability.

5.3 Failed Delivery or Customer Error

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, no access, or no one home), a return fee will be applied.

5.4 Damaged or Faulty Products

In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if an item is:

Faulty or defective
Significantly different from the description or sample shown
Unsafe or not fit for purpose

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and a written description to info@sleepstyle.com.au.

5.5 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Used, assembled, or installed products
Clearance or sale items
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or user assembly

6. Warranties

6.1 Manufacturer Warranty

Most of our products come with a standard manufacturer warranty, the length and coverage of which may vary depending on the product.
Please refer to individual product pages or contact us for warranty details specific to your item.

6.2 Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure.
Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
A repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

6.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

Normal wear and tear (e.g. fabric fading, minor cosmetic blemishes).
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper assembly, or unauthorised modifications.
Damage due to environmental factors (e.g. humidity, heat exposure, or spills).
Commercial or non-domestic use unless explicitly stated.
Products moved from the original delivery address without professional disassembly and reassembly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Sleep Style Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, courier strikes, or system outages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees relating to the quality, safety, and fitness of products

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, product descriptions, text, branding, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Sleep Style Pty Ltd or its suppliers.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.
Any unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence under applicable copyright or trademark law.

9. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
