Missed Delivery Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, if no one is available to receive a scheduled delivery and we have not been notified in advance, a re-delivery fee may apply to cover additional costs.

To avoid this, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Our team will be happy to arrange a more convenient delivery time.

Inspecting Your Order

Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting your furniture carefully before signing off on the order. If you notice any damages or defects, please inform the delivery team immediately so we can address the issue on the spot.

If you identify an issue after the delivery team has left, we will still assist you as best we can. However, we cannot guarantee a resolution for damages that were not reported at the time of delivery. A quick inspection upon arrival is the best way to ensure your order is in perfect condition.
